Next, you’ll be presented with a mood board of initial ideas on concepts, colors, fabrics, and finishes, as a way of refining your taste and outlining the design direction. We’ll also review layout options and space plans for reconfiguring your space.

Once we receive approval on the final design, we begin the ordering process for selections and custom pieces. Our office manages all ordering and expediting.

All items will be received and delivered by our white glove warehouse. The install may take a day or more depending on the size and scope of your project. Once we’ve completed the finishing touches on your space, we will bring you in for the big reveal and celebrate!

Construction Support is a vital part of our Renovation Process

We’ll meet with the contractor on-site regularly to oversee installation and ensure quality standards. We’ll also address any issues that commonly arise during the construction process and make sure no detail is overlooked– from the grout line size, to the countertop edge profile, etc.

During the planning process we will create the necessary construction documents to provide our trades with a clear plan of execution. Our construction documents can include: Floor Plans, Elevations, Lighting Plans, Finish Plans, and Millwork Drawings.

Furnishings & Interiors

For Interiors projects we focus on designing a space as a whole. When choosing furnishings, it’s important to be thoughtful about the rest of the things that are happening in the room– each piece of furniture, fixture, finish and fabric selection dictates the next. When these are considered as a whole, instead of purchasing one piece at a time, the end result is edited and cohesive.

Full Concept Interiors usually include the following: furnishings, lighting, window treatments, art & decor, custom pillows & bedding, area rug, wall treatments, and architectural updates like flooring, ceiling treatments, trimwork and new windows & doors. For all furnishing projects, we require a 2 room minimum.

New Construction & Renovations

Ground up projects and renovations allow for design input and planning from the beginning stages. We work alongside builders & architects to develop plans & elevations and provide a complete design tailored to you. We’ll specify all of your finish materials, fixtures, lighting and equipment, and will work with our trades & craftsmen to ensure no detail is overlooked.
